Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days and ship from our warehouse in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.

For all our shipments we use FedEx or DHL. We know there are more affordable courier services, but in our experience, they do not offer the level of quality required to properly protect our products.

Delivery times depend on carrier availability. For domestic shipments, the average delivery time is 3 business days.

In-person pickup

If you live in or are visiting Guadalajara or Zapopan, we can offer free in-person delivery (by appointment) in the Chapalita neighborhood. Please contact us in advance to arrange it.
