If you encountered problems while assembling your kit and it does not work after assembly and following the assembly guide and user manual, we can provide free consultation, as long as this review is done within the immediate 2 months following your purchase date. After this period, reviews will incur fees and are subject to our availability and according to our workload. Please get in touch with us at [email protected]
All our kits are guaranteed by our suppliers. If for any reason a component of your kit has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost, for which we will require you to send us the defective component or part. This warranty is valid for up to 3 months after the date of your purchase. Please get in touch with us at

In case your kit is missing a piece or you have misplaced it, you can contact us at
